Temp Email for Instagram Sign-Up: What Actually Works

Instagram accepts either an email address or a phone number at signup — no domain-blocklist step blocks a temp address outright. What it does do is run new accounts through Meta's automated integrity checks, which can prompt for phone confirmation or a code challenge regardless of which email you used.
