No guarantee of acceptance or deliverability

zephbox does not guarantee that any specific website, app, or service will accept a zephbox address, or that a given message will be delivered, synced, or displayed without delay or error. Deliverability is high across most common signup flows, particularly with Gmail/Outlook-style aliases, but individual sites run their own detection systems that change without notice, and some are built specifically to reject any address they suspect is disposable. If a particular signup absolutely requires success on the first try, don't rely solely on a disposable address for it.

Not for anything you need to keep

zephbox addresses and their contents are intentionally temporary and are permanently deleted on expiry with no recovery option, by design. Do not use a zephbox address as: the recovery email for an account you'll need to access again, the delivery address for anything with legal or financial consequences (contracts, tax documents, official notices), or the destination for anything you might need evidence of later. If a message matters beyond the immediate verification step, forward it, screenshot it, or use a real address instead.

Your responsibility for how you use it

You are solely responsible for how you use zephbox and for complying with the terms of service of any third-party website or service you interact with using a zephbox address. Using a disposable address to bypass a verification step that a service's own terms explicitly prohibit is a violation of that service's terms, not zephbox's — and may also violate zephbox's own Anti-Spam Policy, which prohibits using the service to defraud or abuse another platform. zephbox is a tool; what you do with it is on you.

Not affiliated with Google or Microsoft

zephbox's Gmail and Outlook-style aliases are backed by real, independently managed accounts on those providers' infrastructure. zephbox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation, and "Gmail" and "Outlook" are used here descriptively, to explain how the underlying address behaves, not as a claim of partnership.

We don't control those sites, don't vouch for their accuracy or availability, and aren't responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or anything that happens as a result of visiting them. Service availability

zephbox is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, upstream provider issues, or unexpected load can all cause temporary disruption. See Terms of Service Section 12 for the full "no warranty" language that governs this legally.

We may update this page as the product changes, updating the "Last updated" date above when we do. It's a companion to the Terms of Service, not a replacement for it — where the two would ever conflict, the Terms of Service governs.
